General Information
Where moments become legacy
Deposits
A deposit of 50% of the total space rental fee(s) is required to secure and hold the space. The remaining Event Fees (space rental, bar service and add on’s) will be paid in three (3) additional installments starting 180 days prio to the Event Date and outlined in the payment schedule.

Payment
Ravenly accepts cash, cashier checks, personal checks, MasterCard, American Express, Visa and Discover. All Events require a credit card on file for additional fees incurred after the estimated balance is paid. If payments are made by credit card, a 3.9% convenience fee will be added.

A 20% service fee will be applied to all beverage packages.

Cancellation Policy
In the event of a cancellation, all deposits will be forfeited to Ravenly. Additional cancellation parameters will be outlines on the individual contracts.
Guarantee
A final attendance must be received by 11am 30 days prior to the event. The number will be considered a guarantee, not subject to reduction. If a final guarantee is not received by the 72-hour deadline, you will be charged for the expected number on the contract. the final bill will reflect the guarantee or actual attendance, whichever is greater. Ravenly will honor pricing once signed into a contract.

General
All food & beverage arrangements must be made through Ravenly Venue & Events and our preferred caterers. To comply with health regulations, no leftover food or beverages may be taken from the venue by the hosts or guests of any event.
Ravenly reserves the right to cease the service of alcoholic beverages in the event that persons under the state mandated age limit are present at the function and attempt to receive service of alcoholic beverages. Ravenly further reserves the right to deny alcoholic beverage service to guests who appear to be intoxicated.
Ravenly will not assume responsibility for damage to or loss of merchandise or articles left in the venue prior to, during or following the client’s function.
Ravenly will supply a clean, preset event space with agreed upon layout and access for vendors two to four hours prior to the rental start time. All outside rental must have pre-approval; certain rental or handling charges may apply. Arrangements must me made to remove rental and personal items for the premises immediately following the event. Ravenly does not assume responsibility for lost or damaged property prior to or following your function.
